8. Visa Services The Company assists applicants by preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications to the relevant authorities where applicable. The Company is not the issuing authority. Visa approvals, refusals, cancellations, processing times, and conditions are determined solely by the relevant government authority. Submission of an application does not create any guarantee that a visa will be approved.

9. Applicant Responsibilities Applicants are solely responsible for ensuring that: All submitted information is accurate. Documents are genuine and unaltered. Passport details are correct. Uploaded photographs comply with applicable specifications. Supporting documentation is complete. Contact details remain current. Payment Terms 15.1 Full payment is generally required before processing any visa application or confirming any travel booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. 15.2 Accepted payment methods may include: Credit Cards Debit Cards Bank Transfers Digital Wallets Online Payment Gateways UPI (where available) Other approved payment methods displayed on the Website. 15.3 Payment authorisation does not constitute acceptance of a booking. 15.4 The Company reserves the right to decline transactions that: Fail fraud screening. 20. Visa Processing Disclaimer 20.1 The Company acts solely as a facilitator for visa application submission. 20.2 The Company does not issue visas. 20.3 Visa approval, refusal, cancellation, validity period, permitted entries, duration of stay, and applicable conditions are determined solely by the relevant immigration authority. 20.4 The Company makes no representation or warranty regarding the likelihood of approval. 20.5 Users acknowledge that payment of processing fees does not constitute payment for a guaranteed visa. 20.6 Immigration authorities may request additional documentation or personal interviews at their sole discretion. 20.7 Processing times are estimates only and may vary.

21. Government Authority Decisions The Company shall not be liable for: Visa refusals; Administrative delays; Background investigations; Security screenings; Immigration interviews; Requests for additional documents; Entry refusals at airports; Deportation decisions; Immigration blacklisting; Travel bans; Government policy changes. Users acknowledge that these matters are entirely outside the Company’s control.

22. Hotel Reservations 22.1 Hotel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective hotel. 22.2 Hotel classifications (such as 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star) are determined by local authorities or hotel operators. 22.3 Early check-in and late check-out cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed. 22.4 Hotels may require: Security deposits; Identification documents; Credit card guarantees; Local tourism taxes. 22.5 The Company is not responsible for: Hotel maintenance issues; Construction noise; Changes in hotel facilities; Overbooking by suppliers; Utility interruptions; Acts or omissions of hotel operators.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for: Visa refusals; Immigration decisions; Missed flights; Travel delays; Supplier defaults; Loss of business; Loss of profits; Loss of opportunity; Indirect damages; Incidental damages; Consequential damages; Punitive damages; Data loss; Personal expenses arising from cancelled or delayed travel; Force majeure events. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the Company’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

37. Indemnification Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless: InfiniTrips Tourism LLC; Its directors; Officers; Employees; Contractors; Affiliates; Agents; Representatives; Successors and assigns; from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: Breach of these Terms; Misuse of the Website; Submission of false information; Violation of applicable law; Infringement of third-party rights.

38. Force Majeure The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters; Floods; Earthquakes; Pandemics; Epidemics; Government actions; Changes in immigration policy; Civil unrest; Terrorist incidents; Strikes; War; Cyberattacks; Power outages; Internet failures; Airline disruptions; Supplier insolvency; Transportation failures. Performance of obligations may be suspended for the duration of such events.

39. Suspension and Termination The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website or Services immediately where: These Terms are breached; Fraud is suspected; Payment is not received; False documentation is submitted; Compliance concerns arise; Required verification cannot be completed; Continued service would violate applicable law. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
