  1. Introduction These Travel Booking Terms & Conditions (“Travel Terms”) govern all travel-related products and services booked through DubaieVISA.com, operated by InfiniTrips Tourism LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Travel Terms apply to bookings including: Hotels and accommodation; Holiday packages; Tours and excursions; Desert safaris; Dhow cruises; Attraction tickets; Airport transfers; Transportation services; Travel insurance; Other travel-related services offered through the Website. By making a booking through DubaieVISA.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Travel Terms.

  2. Company Role 2.1 DubaieVISA.com provides travel booking assistance and may act as: A travel service provider; A booking intermediary; An authorized reseller; A facilitator between customers and third-party suppliers. 2.2 Travel services may be provided directly by the Company or by independent suppliers. 2.3 Where third-party suppliers provide services, their own terms and conditions may also apply. 2.4 The Company is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers except where required by applicable law.

  3. Definitions For these Travel Terms: Customer means the person making a booking. Booking means a confirmed reservation for any travel product. Supplier means any third-party service provider including: Hotels; Airlines; Tour operators; Attraction operators; Transport providers; Insurance companies. Travel Services means all products purchased through DubaieVISA.com. Voucher means the electronic confirmation document issued after successful booking.

  4. Booking Process The booking process generally involves: Customer selects a service. Customer provides required information. Customer reviews booking details. Customer completes payment. Supplier confirms availability. Booking confirmation or voucher is issued. A booking is not considered confirmed until payment is received and confirmation is issued.

  5. Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for ensuring: Names are entered correctly; Passport details are accurate; Travel dates are correct; Contact information is accurate; Required documents are available; Travel requirements are checked. The Company is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information provided by customers.

  6. Booking Confirmation 6.1 After successful confirmation, customers may receive: Booking reference; Confirmation email; Voucher; Supplier details; Instructions for service usage. 6.2 Customers must review all booking information immediately. 6.3 Errors must be reported promptly. Changes requested after confirmation may involve additional charges.

  7. Pricing and Availability 7.1 Prices displayed on the Website are subject to availability. 7.2 Prices may change due to: Supplier updates; Currency fluctuations; Taxes; Government charges; Availability changes. 7.3 A price becomes final only after booking confirmation. 7.4 The Company reserves the right to correct pricing errors before confirmation.

9.3 Hotel Facilities Hotel facilities may include: Swimming pools; Restaurants; Gyms; Recreational facilities. Availability of facilities may change without prior notice due to: Maintenance; Seasonal changes; Operational reasons.

9.4 Hotel Classification Hotel star ratings and classifications are based on local standards and supplier information. The Company does not independently guarantee hotel classifications.

  1. Tour and Excursion Terms Tours may include: City tours; Desert safaris; Cruises; Sightseeing experiences; Cultural activities; Adventure activities. Customers must: Follow operator instructions; Arrive on time; Follow safety requirements; Respect local rules.

  2. Desert Safari Terms Desert safari experiences may involve: Dune driving; Camel activities; Entertainment shows; Outdoor environments. Customers acknowledge that: Activities may involve inherent risks; Weather may affect operations; Pregnant persons or individuals with medical conditions should seek professional advice before participating. Operators may modify activities for safety reasons.

  3. Attraction Ticket Terms 12.1 Attraction tickets are subject to venue rules. 12.2 Customers must comply with: Entry requirements; Age restrictions; Height restrictions; Dress codes; Safety instructions. 12.3 Tickets may become invalid after: Expiry date; Missed entry time; QR code usage.

  4. Airport Transfer Terms Customers must provide accurate: Flight details; Arrival time; Terminal information; Pickup location; Contact details. Failure to provide correct information may result in missed transfers without refund.

  5. Customer No-Show Policy A no-show occurs when a customer: Does not appear for the service; Arrives after departure time; Fails to contact the provider. No-shows are generally non-refundable.

  6. Amendments Requests to modify bookings are subject to: Supplier approval; Availability; Additional charges. The Company cannot guarantee amendments after confirmation.

  7. Cancellation Cancellation terms depend on: Service type; Supplier policy; Cancellation timing; Booking conditions. Customers should review cancellation conditions before purchase. Detailed refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  8. Travel Documents Customers are responsible for carrying: Passport; Visa; Identification documents; Booking vouchers; Required permits. Failure to carry required documents may result in denied service without refund.

  9. Supplier Changes Suppliers may modify services due to: Weather; Safety concerns; Operational requirements; Government instructions; Availability issues. The Company will make reasonable efforts to assist customers but cannot control supplier decisions.

  10. Travel Insurance Customers are responsible for obtaining suitable travel insurance. Travel insurance may protect against: Medical emergencies; Trip cancellation; Lost belongings; Travel interruptions. The Company is not responsible for uninsured losses.
