These Travel Terms apply to bookings including: Hotels and accommodation; Holiday packages; Tours and excursions; Desert safaris; Dhow cruises; Attraction tickets; Airport transfers; Transportation services; Travel insurance; Other travel-related services offered through the Website. By making a booking through DubaieVISA.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Travel Terms.

Company Role 2.1 DubaieVISA.com provides travel booking assistance and may act as: A travel service provider; A booking intermediary; An authorized reseller; A facilitator between customers and third-party suppliers. 2.2 Travel services may be provided directly by the Company or by independent suppliers. 2.3 Where third-party suppliers provide services, their own terms and conditions may also apply. 2.4 The Company is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers except where required by applicable law.

Definitions For these Travel Terms: Customer means the person making a booking. Booking means a confirmed reservation for any travel product. Supplier means any third-party service provider including: Hotels; Airlines; Tour operators; Attraction operators; Transport providers; Insurance companies. Travel Services means all products purchased through DubaieVISA.com. Voucher means the electronic confirmation document issued after successful booking.
